We specialize in the enforcement of Consumer Rights and are experienced in cases involving automobile sales and financing fraud, abusive and unlawful debt collection practices, enforcement of consumer warranties, residential construction and improvement fraud, predatory lending, enforcement of tenant rights, defense of debt collection lawsuits, unlawful repossession, garnishment defense, and Consumer Bankruptcy.

In addition, we also provided experienced representation in matters involving defense of healthcare licensure actions such as physician and nursing licenses. We are a member of the AOPA legal services panel and have the special expertise needed to defend FAA enforcement actions. We are also experienced in matters involving aircraft sales and registration.
